Denise Richards has no plans to attend ex-husband Charlie Sheen's one-man-show – even if, technically, she's in it. "For me, it's very sad to see him on this path," Richards told Andy Cohen on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Thursday night. "I've heard he's chosen to use me in part of his tour [material], and that's hurtful. But that's his choice ... He can do what he wants in his show." She added, "We're not in the best place right now, to be honest with you. But I do still communicate with him." PHOTOS: Charlie Sheen's Former 'Goddesses' Sheen, 45, and Richards, 40, have two daughters together, Sam, 7, and Lola, 5, who haven't met Sheen's goddesses, Rachel Oberlin and Natalie Kenly, Richards says. (For the record, Richards has met them.) "This is his lifestyle, and I've accepted it," she said. "There's things that I don't think are the most appropriate for two young, impressionable daughters." When asked about Sheen's current state of sobriety, she replied, "I don't know if he's sober or not." As for Sheen's kids with estranged wife Brooke Mueller, twins Bob and Max, 2, Richards said she's tried reaching out to them. Mueller, who has her own ongoing struggle with sobriety, recently relapsed and is in a custody battle with Sheen. "I offered [to help]. I wasn't asking for custody or anything like that," she said. "I put it out several times over the last couple of years that if they need help, I'm here. I would love the boys to stay and be with the girls." She said she hasn't spoken to Mueller recently, but says, "I give Brooke a lot of credit." www.people.com/people/article/0,,20484030,00.html
