How to Use BitTorrent to Download TV Shows, Movies, etc:
Download a BitTorrent client, I use Azureus.
Once you've downloaded a client go to a torrent search website -
The Top Torrent Sites of 2006.
Then download the torrent file of your choosing (this isn't the actual video file, it should only be a few KB is size).
Once downloaded open it into your torrent client.
It should start downloading automatically.
-- Seeding means uploading. Leeching means downloading.
--The speed in which the file downloads depends upon how many people are seeding it and how many people are leeching it, as well as how fast their connections are.
--If it's not downloading at all it probably means no one is seeding it.
